Located in the a newly-built building in East Memphis, the Memphis Meeting Room and Event Space is a highly-flexible venue for all types of meetings and events. Our large 33’x24’ meeting room offers a flexible setup and all the necessities for meetings including an easy-to-use A/V system, making it ideal for meetings and groups from 5 to 50. Our Event Space is a generously sized kitchen and lounge perfect for social gatherings or as a compliment to a corporate gathering in our meeting room.

"What is the first way to impress potential customers that inquire about meeting space? Replying to the customer within 30 minutes! What?! That never happens, right? "We used the meeting room for a week to host an outside group for a certification course. The staff were very accommodating and the room was set up for our needs. Great location close to interstate, restaurants, airport and hotels including an extended Stay America across the street. Coffee and snack service was sufficient for our small group as well as the office spaces provided ample breakout space if needed. Staff were professional, friendly and responsive to our needs."

"Professional, relaxed, and fun environment. The event I attended here was set up to accommodate a large number, and we had no issue comfortably hosting our local and remote teams. The wireless internet has been strong and consistent in any spot I've tried to challenge it. Sure, the HUGE tv monitors are cool, and work as they should - but directly outside the room is a kitchen area with all the amenities, and even includes a espresso machine! I can't recommend this place enough 🙌."

"What a great space! I looked around extensively for a meeting space for our corporate budget meeting. Very pleased that this was the place I chose. They were extremely helpful and accommodating to my long list of (ever changing) requests. Things to Know

Setup and Breakdown
We will handle the basic setup of tables and chairs and coffee, water and snacks, if purchased. You will have access to the space 30 minutes before and after the rental period for setup and breakdown. You may bring in additional equipment and supplies as needed; an elevator is and rolling cart is available. Upon your departure, you are responsible for the removal of all personal items and clean up, or we can handle for you with a cleaning fee (see pricing above).

Catering
You may use a caterer of your choice for your event. A full-size refrigerator and oven are available for your use.

Alcohol
You may serve alcohol at your event to those of legal age. A licensed bartender, possessing a valid copy of their Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission Certification, must serve all alcohol.

Parking
Parking in the office complex parking lot is available at a first-come, first-serve basis. Overflow parking can be arranged with the hotel across the street. Handicap parking is available.
